like only incline movements (ik they target lower and middle too but to a lesser degree)
heavy middle and lower chest looks mad ugly to me
 
just do a slight incline bench and u should be perfectly fine, it also doesnt take away much strength compared to an actual incline

targets mainly the biggest part of ur chest (middle duhh) and upper but ur gonna get some lower too obviously

so can i skip on flat presses and flies?

i personally only do flat presses, and have seen the most gains that way but u can do slight incline like i said

but skip flies and just do presses imo thats where ive seen the most gains from because they can be loaded more which plays into progressive overload and mechanical tension, which is the main driver of muscle growth

just do incline dumbell press leave the flat presses as they dont ttrain upper chest but incline ones train both upper and lower
