Should I prioritize midface or jawline correction?

Tryna figure out what region has the most potential for improvement. I’ve got low bf%, so what you’re seeing isn’t fat puffiness it’s mostly bone structure showing through.

Thinking long term about:
• Infraorbital and zygomatic implants for better midface + eye support
• LeFort I for maxillary advancement and projection
• BSSO / mandibular advancement for jawline structure and lower-third definition

Just want to know which would give the biggest aesthetic improvement overall

First of all, there's no problem with your face growing forward; forget about Lefort 1 and BSSO. Second, I recommend focusing on your superior orbital rather than your infraorbital, as you have a UEE appearance. Fat grafts will do the trick. For your cheekbones and lower jaw, implants might be a good idea.
