I didn't lose any periorbital fat but the lining around my eyes had a dark red hue.

It also darkens your eyes so beware

The only things in topical minox are:

Minoxidil (Active Ingredient), Ethanol (Alcohol), Propylene Glycol, Water

There's no difference between oral minox and topical minox other than the fact there's a tiny percentage of alcohol and water in the solution.
