Should I quit smoking/vaping?

I used to smoke cigs and vape 50mg nicotine vapes, i quit smoking cigs and lowered the nicotine to 20mg. should i quit vaping once for all is there a benefit to quiting?

im from kuwait everybody here smokes i grew up around people smoking my brothers were smoke addicts they had to hop on pills to stop smoking and one them returned to smoking again

yes i was also addicted to smoking and vaping for over 2 years it does feel good but it vaping nerfs the fuck out of ur hormones and smoking is hella expensive where i live

I've been off the nicotine since 12th November 2025 and only major benefit ive seen so far is clear skin and sclerals are much whiter, its extremely hard to cold turkey it and commit but imo its definitely beneficial.

That's all the physical benefits, and also way better breathing after 1 week (made me cry of joy how much better my breathing was lol ) and also a crazy amount of mental benefits, like less anxiety, eating gone back to normal, feel more energized and alert etc

in aus legal cigs r 50-70aud for a pack of 20s to 50s and vapes are 30-50$ now considering theyre illegal. obvi u can get black market cigs for like 15aud tho
