should i reopen the teeth extractions sites back up n get implants?

had to get 5 teeth extracted cuz they were pretty much destroyed due to poor hygiene as a kid, 4 molars and 1 premolar. 3 spaces naturally closed but 2 are almost completely closed. Should I get them open and get implants? is it worth the money n time?
*coincidentally* the side with the spaces almost closed is my worse side, looks flat n round n ugly
will my face get fixed once i get the implants and bone grafting if necessary?
