So I usually bench 225 for 5 sets of 5, today it was off from the beginning even 215 felt like it was my 1RM, after doing a couple sets of bench with bitch weight + a couple sets of barbell rows, I just left the gym ( 5 hours ago ) with a serious pain my pec ( pec major )
I normally do 6 exercises, that was just 2 half ass ones, should I return a try to get a good workout in ?
