So I have this 'friend' I won't go into to much detail but long story short he always screws me over for girls.

Throughout highschool as well he always would screw anyone over even for an ounce of female attention.

This year I lost my job and asked if I can join his branch to which he said they aren't hiring. A few weeks go by and I found out they hired a few new people. I asked why he lied he said he wanted a pretty female to join.

What's worse is that I got him that job...

Anyways his parents own an illegal business and if I report them they will be fined a minimum of 2 million dollars which would mean they would loose the house, business and income.

Part of me wants revenge but the other part of me thinks it's a bit much and another part of me is hoping someone else reports them so I don't get the guilt but I get satisfied

Try to get the police to pay you to reveal it. If they don't, try to get this guy to pay you so you don't reveal it, then reveal it anyway
