I've been undergoing a lil body transformation. -30kg in 1 year. Now i want to go to the next step

1) Get a bit leaner

2) Gain a good amount of muscle

Should i honestly just run a cycle or two? I've been going gym consistently for like a year, and have had a little amount of progress. I acknowledge me eating at a surplus (which i havent really done for a very long time) would help.

But should i honestly not just inject some test, tired of spinning my wheels.

I'm just kinda scared of the bloating, acne and fucking up my hormones for a little gains

it’s not little gains, and your homrmones will mostly be fine if you eat good and take the right ancillaries, you should do blood work every few weeks to check if something is wrong

Not a particular guide but there are good more knowledgeable users here about this stuff than me, I didn’t even do a full cycle yet

Mostly cope (from the data we have nowadays), just use HCG and HMG while you’re cycling and a few weeks after it

mostly cope. And your goal is a major factor in which supplements you’re aiming for, what’s your goal with the supplements ? Specific ones to use as ancillaires like fish oil for example which is a great ancillary for overall health while cycling
Do B&C (blast and cruise). Do 20-24 weeks cycle and keep going if you feel like it and your blood work looks fine

I would suggest you to build your cycle that way:

Weeks 1-6:
Test E two injections overall 250-300 mg, anavar 25-30 mg, hGH 4-5 IU

Weeks 7-13:
Test E two injections a week overall 400 mg, anavar 25mg (optional, you don’t have do keep using it if your liver is not in a good place), hGH 5 IU

Weeks 14-20/24/etc. test E twice a week overall 500 mg (so 250 mg for each injection), hGH 5 IU (don’t keep using the anavar after week 14 unless your liver is perfect).

Ancillaires:
TUDCA, NAC for liver function

Dut, RU, topical minoxidil for hair

Accutane, dut for skin (acne)

AI (always keep on hand, use only when you need to AKA your E2 is too high)

Pretty sure that’s it tbh, don’t think I missed anything. There are some more ancillaries you should use but what I listed above are the the main ones

Yes, blast and cruise test and gh. Blast on 600mg of Test E and 2-4iu of growth and wait til your bloods start to sway then go down to a cruise dose between 100-200mg of test
