Should I shower right after waking up?

I feel like I look less bloated if I shower after eating instead of showering before, is that acc fact or am I just making shit up? literally ate pancakes this morning and wasn't bloated at all because I showered after but the days where I eat nothing in the morning or a lean breakfast, I look like im 25% bf.
