should i start accutane 1 month before vacation?

i have an appointment booked tomorrow for my acne and i will most likely get prescribed accutane. in about a month’s time i’m going on vacation to a place i’ve always wanted to go, so it’s like a dream. i was also told that there’s physical pain like joint pain with accutane, and i’m climbing a mountain on the vacation. should i start accutane now or wait until the vacation is over?
