I was wondering if i should start dht maxxing at 16 yrs old, and what method pays off better take creatine, aswhaganda, and other natural things, or should i just instantly start with DHT gel? Does DHT gel have any risks i should know?

Other question, is masturbating pretty bad for you ? should i stop wanking my shit, and is there anything i can do to make myself stop from jerkin my shit ?

bro idk just make small progress each day and dont take it seriously also stop the cycle of beating before it starts. I.E. if u see some fine ass girl on tt. close the app. also beat to less and less provocative things each time.

okay thanks for that because tbh i noticed how porn fucked up my brain, the girls were so slutty like big fucking tits and shit like that some real hardcore porn and i couldn’t even get hard to that, it’s really crazy, is there a BOTB post about porn & wanking your shit ?

Only take Creatine, it might raise DHT slightly, it also might not but it helps you reach natural potential for T -> DHT conversion

Ashwagandha (and other herbs) might not be the best for your hormones longterm, they just haven't been studied much

The effect of DHT on balding isn't as clear as .org would have you think, many researchers believe that high DHT in a balding site is more of a biomarker linked to balding but not the true cause, which might actually be insufficient bloodflow caused by scalp tightness
This is why botox has actually shown a lot of promise in reversing balding

DHT will masculinize you. but could cause premo hairloss. Also u prob. cant
