Should I start drinking again

After I had eggs for dinner tonight,I felt like drinking a cold drink and I later did drink one.
I broke my one year streak of drinking cold drinks today
So,I am thinking to start consuming it regularly now
Should I do it or is it unhealthy?

My dad tells me not to drink because it's unhealthy and he also tells me to drink cd drinks when it is medium chilled like wtf?
U are supposed to drink it when it's chilled lol
