I have similar mandible and every surgeon i met refused to do bimax on me , you would need trimax ccw if you want the best of the best but only blackpilled surgeon will do it otherwise u could opt for jaw implant genio for a more mediocre but still satisfactory result ig.

i could just go with giant and take a loan for some of it but erol cansiz has mogger results and is pretty pretty blackpilled or safi but he’s not much cheaper than giant

also i do NOT want implants. im not risking infection and I have a tmj click which i want to get rid of. airway benefits too
