I have lorsss tier hips. Fuck I have them since I was a teenager. Maybe there is a chance sarms or a small dose of T are gonna change something?

Inject t, work your lats like a mad man and your shoulders. You could do with more size overall. Your arms are very skinny and so is your neck so injecting testosterone is the way to go

Yea that not terrible but after my yrs of gymcelling ive realized looking good only shirtless is major cope abd the only option is to also look big and jacked in a normal shirt even from afar and that takes like over 185 shredded for someone your height

A few cycles wont hurt ya and youll pack on significant size. Might sound cope to normies but irl.. lots of muscle but 15%bf >>>>>> intermediate natty with 8-10% bf

Ive done 1.5 basic test cycles.. borth times t blunced back to pre-cycle halfway pct and i didmt even use any hcg just clomid

Should be aiming for 85kg @12% (based off of him being 177cm/5'9.5"); maxxed out delts, upper back and upper chest with thick neck
Natty lifting is the biggest cope jfl, I used to think I was a God cause I added 18kg of pure muscle in 2 years (lost bf too) but that shit is called puberty + just above average genetics, I put on 7kg lean muscle in 8 weeks from a mild SARMs cycle with horrible diet jfl, bounced back fine and have double the average sized balls

yea that sounds like looking big in a shirt even from a distance typa bodyweight for that height. And yea that whole '18% bf asian natty "powerlifter" that trains legs 2-3x a week' is a meme....most are just coping/self-sabotaging. Ironically a good portion of em have shit genetics too. The tools are out there for people to get what they actually want.. which is to look good.. but copers gonna cope nom sayin
