obviously i need to train all muscles jfl since im new to gym obviusltb

but should i train obliques so waist is same thickness as hips?

shoulder to waist ratio would still be 1.77

never train obliques it looks shit

keep waist as tiny as possible only train front lower abs

not smart if you want a small waist + it looks bad

train shoulders to increase your bidelt
 
obliques grow on their own when your upper body gets heavier since they support it all day.

so my waist will naturally get thicker cos 2.05 ratio of shoulder to hip is too much i think, and i’ve been training 1-2 month

a small waist is never a failo, you could see on very aesthetic physiques that they usually have small waists

id argue a small waist could be a halo in terms of the most ideal physique

when i measured from smallest point of waist and shoulder width it was 2.05 and when i measured shoulder width from hips (widest part) it was 1.77

yeah and work on your lats, they can also contribute to highlighting a small waist

make sure to train the whole delt though.

also i wouldnt really touch traps, it could cuck your frame

idk its not that hard but u can clearly see that ur shoulder with is not twice the size of the waist

hmm ok, 1.77 is the lowest it would be since that’s from my hips chick is clearly the widest part
 
do i stop training upper back then? only focused on last?
no you can continue working on upper back, just minimize your activation on upper traps/dont work on them
