Is using creatine a game changer in the gym? What should i expect?

Most good workout shakes will contain it and I’ve personally not experienced any negative sides so I like it :feelsyay:

it will bloat you for shit simply not worth it for minimal gains if you want to maintain your facial aesthetics

It bloats? I never read anything about it having this effect. Why would it do that?

You don't simply Lose hair because you're taking creatine. Plus dht serves masculinization functions

Creatine monohydrate is one of the supplements that really work. Increases muscle pump and recovery, makes muscles bloated basically.
Also bloats in general.

If you value performance or sheer size over aesthetics, definitely recommended.

If prone to balding, can cause some hair loss.

But more dht, more hair loss. My grandfather on my moms side is bald and I'm quite scared about anything that may cause hairloss

I will buzzcut cut my hair, bloatmax and grow a beard and wear sports clothes. Need to EEmax in the future
