I saw a bunch of people on YouTube making a ton of money making YouTube shorts content. Please give your thoughts on this:feelswat:

If you want to why not, but you'll probably not make money until after 1yr of consistent posting.

ton of money is just lies, they fake it so they can make videos about how they make so much and bring in more people to watch. you won't make shit off yt.

i agree with what @Toggle9877 said, i did it for about a year plus and only managed to gain just over 700 subs, if you have an abundance if free time (and since you're young), go for it. it's useful if you want to develop many skills that'll help you in the future (voiceover, script making, video editing, analytics, marketing, etc)

but for the most part, it's really pure luck, and you shouldn't expect to make bank off it. the niche is oversaturated and you'll really only succeed if you're lucky, or you're a talented genius content creator who can execute your ideas propwrly

Do it!

its worth the attempt bro youll learn how to edit and stuff like that and that will be very useful for lots more things

just try making 30 reels and see where it goes

If you're asking a forum to start anything, you have neither the drive or discipline to be successful boyo
