im still in puberty my mom is 5.1 my dad is 5.8 and rn im 5.6 there might be a few relative that was tall but idk im trying to live as optimal as possible but i dont see how i could grow more.

Wait until you’re at least 20 to hop on. You can use peptides tho, they won’t interfere with your hormones to a degree that will have a negative effect on your body
