I used to think taking melatonin and all this other shit would help, but what really helped me was legitimately just being more busy during the day. workout more and use up more energy during the day so you your exhausted at night. I typically go on sprints a couple hours before I go to sleep. so like 8pm sprints and sleep at 10-11pm. if that still doesn’t help go to sleep, doctor could also be your breathing.My sleep schedule always gets fucked again after a week do u know how to fix ?
Yeah bro it’s defo not how busy I am, good advice tho if I wasn’t an insomniac.
