My legs are so sore and I struggle to do body weight squats.

Edit: No way I’m gonna stop training legs. I just want to know if I’ll get injured.

do shoulders and back no need to do legs
 
training your legs will make you shrink in hieght
 
dont do leg workouts then
 
just do arms workout.

change program then there is literally no point in training legs
 
how the fuck should we know if its muscle soreness or a injury
 
Probably just DOMS make sure you get adequate rest, fluids and food.

Also 5x5 is kinda a meme.Accessorise lifts are also important like e.g bicep curls, Skull crushers.

You need to read more about fitness, as there's alot of disinformation in the fitness community.

5x5 is one of the many pitfalls newbie lifters fall into.Youtbe is good start.

legs are optimal for testosterone buildup, also they did research in which women were actually repulsed by not fitting legs on a big upper body. Always train them

he probably is talking about the spine compression when you add weight on ur body while standing (squats,deadlifts)

body weight squats will not increase your leg muscle or your testosterone, but just your endurance
leg training is useless for looksmaxing, and it's even a looksmnin for men who have narrow clavicles or wide hips

I think it increases your sex performance
 
Who cares about what women think, just train your whole body, but stuff like shoulders, biceps, forearms, neck and traps are the most aesthetic so do them more
