Should i still use other skincare if i use tretinoin?

Im planning to either use 0.05 or 0.025 tret (not sure yet) and some people said that you should stop using any either cleansers with tret since it can be too harsh on the skin.
Im using these right now

I know that salicyc acid with tret is bad but should i still use the normal one or acctually no other ones? Should i switch to a different moisturizer or can i use the same one?

i dont know honestly, i havent used tretinoin, i will start using it after my accutane course

maybe if your skin is sensitive start with 0.025 and then go to 0.05 after a couple of weeks. so your skin will get used to it, cuz it can be pretty harsh

whichever one my dermatologist prescribes (im in sweden so idk which brands are used here) but i think Retin-A is the most common one

yes, sandwich method is when you use moisturizer and then tretinoin and then moisturizer AGAIN

instead of just having tretinoin and one layer of moisturizer, you use 2 layers of moisturizer and tretinoin in between

And do you think stacking la roche posay spf 50 sunscreen ontop of the tret and mousturizer is enough to counteract sun sensitivity?

Ill probably buy from Internet but i still have to look for a source. Will probably start using it midway of summer break so in about 9 weeks since im going to the us for 2 weeks on holiday and ill be in the sun all day so i dont want to fuck up my skin with the sun sensitivity from the tret

start with twice a week and build up slowly to using it everyday
you apply it on your whole face like moisturiser but avoid going too close to eyes, edges of nose and mouth
you can get it from highstreetpharma
use sunscreen - spf50 pa++++

im on 0.1% taz and i still use BHA based soap, use the normal one first and then BHA

i dont think it will be bad

no you definitely apply it at night
you can still cleanse in the morning if you want but cleansing twice can make your skin dry so its suggested to only wash your face in the morning using water and to use cleanser at night

Already fixxed my gut, only eat whole organic bio foods from supermarket/farmer. Pretty much only eat fruits (kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, apples), eggs, kefir, ground beef potatoes, spinach and some other greens/carb sources. Everything made at home
