I think fapping makes you more sensible to DHT. which might cause more hairs to fall out than the average.

Quite sure it only raises your T for a day and then goes back to normal again. But NoFap has other benefits so I’d still recommend people to do it.

Reminder: nothing other than Finasteride/dutasteride and Anti-androgens work for hair loss. The latter is basically chemical castration.

So try out finasteride and if you get sides (10-20% chances) or it doesn't work for you (10-30%) chances, get a hair system at the earliest.

Why do I say "at the earliest"? Because hair systems have become very advanced. Even your family may not know about it even after living with you the whole day, unless you tell them.
But if you get them later, everyone knows that hair can't be gained this early. So very difficult to hide.
