Should I stop starvemaxxing to increase bone growth?

17 years old, high e so probably a bone age of more like 20.

So apparently the clavicle grows in length until about 23 or so. Currently I’m starvemaxxing by eating one meal on the week days, two on the weekends. I try to limit my calories but not eating till I’m full but still feel hungry and not eat unnecessary things like bread and rice. But maybe it’s not worth it if I could stunt clavicle growth. What you you think?

(Note: I only care about bone growth, so don’t tell me to stop starvemaxxing for other reasons.)

u need caloric surplus of high gi food like rice, alongside protein, minerals, vitamins, thats mogger in puberty

Don’t wanna be fat. No point in rice I only eat protein dense foids and some fruits and vegetables. I need my food to be protein dense so I don’t lose too much muscles .

if u wanna pubertymaxx this is necessary volcelling, dont wanna become too fat either as more estrigen aromatization, just ottermode, maingain. can become lean later in prime

You will ugly no matter what so eat how much you want
