nah i lowkey got some good leg genetics, they arent skinny at all, and they look "trained" even back then when i didnt train my legs, its js a small difference in musclesDepends on how big they are. Some guys have massive legs for some reason and don't have to train them much.
If you have really skinny legs, you should train them.

IMO you shouldn't have small legs or big ones, same thing with your entire physique, you should have a balanced physique overall, so your upper body matches your lower body, in most cases to get that balanced look you need to train your lower body harder than your upper body
