should I switch from fin to dut

I am 21 turning 22 in April. I have been on fin since I was 19 and it worked well for a while I think I gained a good amount of density and hair. now a few years later I think I noticed some lowering of density throughout the scalp and recessed temples but I may be paranoid. I seriously can't tell for sure but I am noticing things much more clearly now with my hair and its density. should I just take dutasteride or is 22 too young
