where I live they are OTC and only 3eur, not hydrocort but mometasone. I found out few days later that it doesn't atrophy tha skin as much as others though, so see if you can find it OTC, just go to a pharmacy and ask what corticosteroid can I get without a prescription, or search on the site of the pharmases close to you, find a common excuse to buy a corticosteroid and say that it is for your sister or mom or dad if they ask

some has more skin thinning effect and side eefects, mometasone which is what I'm taking has less skin thinning but it's stronger then hydrocort, and more effective than hydrocord as a corticosteroid, as long as it causes skin thinning you are ok ask chatgpt lol it will tell you what has the most skin thinning I don't remember the name
