Should I take AIs or SERMs to stop growth plates from fusing?

I've been looking at both but I can't decide on which one. I'm not even sure if SERMs would work but idk.

Apparently SERMs will fuck your growth plates so I'm just going to wait for my AIs to be back in stock.

Nah,serms would destroy your growth plates and would leave u as a manlet
