i thought the studies on pubmed say it will increase test for 15%?
Jesus christ im changing my mind total grey death is the way.
Did you even read the studies? Because if you would you would understand that a 15% increase in testosterone is not considered clinically meaningful Testosterone levels can naturally fluctuate by 10–20% from day to day. So a 15 % increase is not even significant. Also its only boosts testosterone levels in men, which are chronically stressed and already have unhealthy lifestyle.
Tldr it wont do shit
greys.org is sometimes funny af.
Ashawaghanda wont increase or decrease your testosterone in any meaningful way so no it wont interfere with your pubertal development

the full spectrum on the ashwaganda is pretty ironic as it depicts how far you are on the spectrum for autism @Orka do you agree?

yes bro i need to know why
during puberty the HPG axis is activated and testosterone rises under negative feedback control, so it keeps test in a physiologic range for a person in the developmental stage. pushing levels to supraphysiological ranges requires pharmacologic doses (test therapy).

ashwagandha is an adaptogen that can lower cortisol (and CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG, perceived stress also). chronic high cortisol suppresses the HPG axis. lowering cortisol can release some suppression and allow LH/testosterone to rebound
But if a teen already has normal cortisol/HPG signalling, there’s nothing "suppressed" to restore. Just think broski.

ashwagandha has shown small increase only in old infertile men w low baseline T, not healthy teens. Unless you're a 50 year old infertile nigger larping as a 16 year old?
