should i or will it just have more negatives?
 
If you're gymmaxing then you can take creatine but if you're a beginner then no need for any supplements, just eat clean whole foods. If you're vegan/vegetarian you can start creatine sooner. And there are no negatives as longs you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
