Should I take creatine if my family is predisposed to hair loss?

Im gonna go bald, its in the genetics. Should I take creatine if my father,brother, grandpa are all going bald, and uncle, It makes my muscles look much bigger imo, but Im not sure how much it acellerates baldness

That's a common myth. Creatine is naturally in our diet with red meat, and that doesn't make you bald. You'll be fine. You'd be better off on fin if you're worried about hairloss

I don't know about creatine, but I know that ferratin can actually help stop hair loss to a minor extent. Ferratin is found in red meats.

I used creatine 3 gram everydayfor halfyear but i never had hairloss due to creatine its a myth

heard it bloats face and its mostsly water retention, so thats i never took it
