I’m 15 6’1, 150 but have been stuck at 6’1 for months now. My growth plates are still open but I tore my acl so I can’t move around at all. People say it closes your growth plates early and I should just wait but lmk your thoughts.

you can *technically* take it and also take an aromatase inhibitor to prevent closing, but it isnt worth it. you dont want to have very low estrogen rn, just wait until youre later in puberty and then take hgh by itself.
