the increase in gh itself will increase igf1, the pituitary gland makes gh then it circulates in your bloodstream and stimulaties your liver to produce igf1. so lets say you get 3x ur growth hormone using mk677, surely it would also 3x ur igf1 or at least double it
Yea the issue is that the increase in hgh doesn’t actually increase igf1. There’s literally multiple studies about it. Also there’s no way you would be able to 3x you hgh levels.
