yeah this is why old people have big noses and ears. HGH secretes throughout life (albeit lower rate as you age) so even though our bones are fused shut some appendages keep growing because of growth hormone.
HGH is a trade off. most people would be better off with botox and some surgery if they're trying to anti-age.
