For getting rid or acne both are almost the same in the short term but accutane is way better as tret is just a temporary fix while accutane is almost always a permanent when taken correctly. Tret is easier to use with less side effects but less effective and also if you have a underlying issue like hormonal its gonna come back accutane is better with more side effects and rules also if you hop on any use a antihistamine to stop the purge effect where it gets work God bless twin

I prefer tret because I started taking accutane and it was so harsh so I started tret from skinorac and it was much better. I do maintain a routine though with spf50 and moisturiser from la roche posay.
