Should I tell my girlfriend im getting otoplasty

I was in the exact same situation. I was using Otostick to fraud while in a relationship and later got an otoplasty without telling her. She never noticed anything. Just find a pretext to avoid seeing her for a few weeks after surgery.

the point of frauding is that you pass the looks threshold so the girl actually gives you a chance as a romantic partner. fraud to the point where you have launched yourself over the looks threshold, then stop because you have her attention already. if you are sure she likes you for your personality, you can wean her off the fraud.
