Should I tell my girlfriend im getting otoplasty

im getting otoplasty idk if i should tell my girlfriend im getting it or if its risky cuz ive been frauding with otostick for a couple of months

i just dont know if shed be mad i didnt tell her if i get it and its botched or some shit or like if i have to explain to her why i cant see her when im recovering cuz shes literally in love with me and is distancing her self from her friends which is just autistic but like whatever

or if its risky cuz shed be mad im frauding appearnce i just dont know how big of a deal itd be to her im 6ft with a good physique and attractive excluding ear failo and slightly attractive with it i just know it makes a big difference tho cuz ive gotten more facial comparisions and comments on how i look when before that happened rarely

im leaning towards not telling her cuz that jst seems autistic not like im wearing colored contacts but its jst gonna complicate things and seems like low risk to reward as i really like her
