I feel like I could low key make fitness content as a side thing and do decently well. Just that industry is so fucking oversaturated idk if I could ever break through. I feel like I have a top 99 percentile natural physique and I’m pretty NT. also I actually no how to train and eat (raw/animal based). Now I barely lift as much cuz it’s terrible for longevity but I’d just fraud and act like a normie.

Is this a decent thought or am i just retarded

yes
and reproduce with the girls who will come to get training
tell them its all part of training

If you jacked asf (which you are) and you are good at giving advice and teaching others then you can try yes. But it is an extremely oversaturated field, you will need to have top tier advertising for ppl to even see your course.

Stressing your body a ton in the gym and gaining a bunch of muscle will shorten your lifespan, it’s a trade off — even without steroids. The more you stress an organism- the faster it ages.

Look at any of the longest living cultures, they live very relaxed and mostly sedentary lifestyles. Of course they move around, but no intense exercise ever. Also they are always small and low body weight, which is the opposite goal of the gym.

gaining muscle is one of the best thing you can do for longevity. Have you even done any research? You seem to just be talking whatever

Bro I used to think this, as well. But this is just common sense: how could carrying around a bunch of extra weight requires the heart to work harder and pump extra blood be good for longevity.

I will give you this.. muscle gained just through good diet and nutrients from animal foods is of course beneficial for strength and protection. But muscle gained through stressing body in the gym is completely different. There’s a reason that the moment you stop, your body immediately starts to shrink back to normal.. it doesn’t want a bunch of muscle. Having to have a huge spike in stress hormones every other day in the gym in order to maintain the muscle is going to age you.

Also, ‘research’ is a joke.. we know this

Sure but to actually make money you’ll have to give provide something new, do you know how many fitness influencers have a comparable physique to you and eat raw meat off a cutting board and “know how to train”?

Sure. It’s over saturated cuz 99% of the content is shit and they are all either roid heads or shit physiques for grifting.

I mean who tf wants to listen to that obese penguin Sam Sulek talking for an hour.

Only good influencers were the ones with good physiques that helped people or made good content. It’s not like that nowadays.
