I’m currently 15 and extremely overweight I am on a calorie deficit and workout so it’s not like I wanna be a lazy fatass and not put in work myself but I want faster results which is why I wanna know if I should ask my doctor if I can get some sort of semaglutide or is this just stupid to ask?

don't do it you retard you'll fuck up your development

For example I’m like 207 pounds and I’m not sure about my exact bmi but it’s pretty high
it's 32.4
If you exercise, you probably know this but, if you go on too high of a calorie deficit, you will lose more muscles, so be careful with that. Good thing that you exercise and diet though, you're already ahead of most fat people. keep up the work

If you are fat it's not your fault and lack of willpower JFL

If you are fat that doesn't mean you aren't active or some shit (lazy) it means you are have inflammation in your body and your body is sick and you need unprocessed food diet that will put you at deficit

Ohhhh so like just good food

Just keep going, you are young and it will be better for your development to do naturally at a healthy rate, getting very high steps and walking a lot more than you probably are isn’t going to stress you or your body that much and will help a lot

Also caloric deficit might work short term, your habits is what keeps the weight off, I can eat way over 6000kcal a day of healthy food and my metabolism makes up for it by increasing my activity levels (energy), heartrate at rest to avoid fat storage, in your case your body doesn't make any compensation in calorie increase

Not that bad honestly I believe you can get very good results soon
What should I do if a hit a plateau like for example I haven’t lost weight in like 2 weeks keeping the same regimen

Yes, just ignore retards that say you need to go on some certain diet, if you don't like carnivore don't do it, just eat single ingredients food like what you mentioned, that means no soda, no protein bars, low calorie candies, diet drinks.. just plain food. It will be hard but trust me it will help a lot

also remember to drink a gallon of water every day, or as much water as you can. It will make you feel fuller and has many other advantages just look them up if you want. Just cut out the soft drinks or anything else and the water won't feel that much

I drink a lot of water but not a gallon yet the only thing holding me back is that I piss like crazy when I drink a lot of water and I’m obv on school so it’s kinda difficult to deal with that

In general you should lower dairy consumption if you are consuming it to avoid weight stall, also you can try lowering a fruit intake a bit, and go more ketogenic that will lower your appetite

Yea I drink a good amount of milk so maybe I should cut that not completely but a good amount, also what about raw milk? I wanna drink it for the benefits but my immune system isn’t the strongest so I don’t wanna fucking die or something

Raw milk is very healthy, but if the weight loss is your priority you would definitely benefit from limiting yourself a bit from it. I would only do it if you stall in weight loss

Ok so raw milk yes but not too much, also any vitamins I should take?

You don't have to,you can take omega 3 if you don't consume a lot of fish but its completely optional
i've been taking ashwaganda with magnesium glycinate vitamin d3 and I might take calcium every once in a while. also I wanna add k2 I will probably add the omega 3 since I dont get enough.
