u got bigger problems to worry about tho

yes absolutely. A smaller (and less bulbous) nose and you'd become htn. But you also risk your philtrum appearing larger. check out the best of best about hydrocortisone + tret. or maybe you can just try tret. Don't commit to a hardmaxx just yet

too risky. He oughta try making his nose tip look a little less bulbous using softmaxes. The entire problem with rhino is that they fix the shape/top but the nostril curvature remains the same. It can look extremely uncanny unless the surgeon is skilled

upper eyelid exposure bloating skin eye bags idk
There’s really not you can do about upper eyelid exposure, i’m literally like 12% bf rn but my face is still puffy even though I ice it and sweat and eat well so i’m about to hop on a debating drug Hypothiazid (Hydrochlorothiazide), skin is clearing up rn I got that under control, Unfortunately my dark circles are genetic and even when I get the best sleep of my life they are still pronounced so the only thing I can really do is fraud with concealer unless I get surgery. Anything else?
