im on 20mg accutane for 29 days now, so around 130 pills left which is like 4 months on 20mg, should i up it to 40mg and run it untill i dont have anymore or 20mg forever
i have pretty bad acne

increase to 40mg, by the time it's finished (65 days), if your acne hasn't cleared, buy it again a few days before it ends.

Hey men I have the same problem, I’m taking accutane 3 days 40mg and 4 days 20mg but I want to take all week 40mg because I’m taking it for 3 months and hasn’t noticed anything to my acne get better, it’s even worse than it was so I recommend you taking 40mg all day In week, and take also probiotic every day before breakfast and you’ll be good, and don’t mix accutane with some bitch ass cope like hgh letrozol because your liver will cry your big ass, that’s all, hope u get better bro

i sleep so ass, wake up 1-2 times every night and no deep sleep at all. i know it affects my hormones and my acne i know it!!!

I mean yeah, just take accutane though. I slept for like 4 hours max daily for a month straight combined with a shitty diet and stress because of exams yet I ended the month with better skin just because I took accutane. I love this drug so much.
