I’m currently 5’10”, around 185 lbs, and between 20%-24% body fat. I have a solid frame and decent muscle mass, but excess fat is really holding me back—especially with stubborn issues like man boobs, love handles, and a puffy face. My goal is to cut down to about 12% body fat to maximize my aesthetics and showcase the definition I know I have underneath. I’ve heard a lot about Mounjaro, semaglutide, and similar medications and am considering using them to accelerate my fat loss.

Would you recommend semaglutide or another GLP-1 for a cut in my situation? Has anyone here had success maintaining muscle and strength while using it? Also, since I don’t have diabetes, what’s the best and safest way to obtain it? I’m focused on maximizing aesthetics, so any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried ECA stack?

GLP1 is overkill in my opinion btw unless you really cant do a calorie deficit youre risking sides for something you can achieve just with willpower instead

Haven’t tried it, but I know it works. Just risky with the heart strain and jitters, especially since ephedrine is banned in most places. Have you?

No I just spam caffeine and it works well I used to eat at least 3k calories a day and Ive been doing like 1k daily for a couple weeks now but apparently eca is even better

So you are 20-24& body fat, let's assume you are 22.5% @ 185lb.

22.5% of your current body weight is 41lb of fat.

In order for you to reach 12% body fat, you have to lose 21lb of pure fat and your weight would be around 164lb.

You aren't going lose 21lb of pure fat, you are going to lose some muscle and probably water weight. You are going to reach your 12% body fat goal at around 156lb ish... which is pretty small.

If I were you I'd eat clean at maintenance for a while before you cut.

No there is much better and healthier alternatives to ozempic

The absolute hilariousness of mentioning ECA stack, and mentioning "risking sides" with a GLP-1 agonist.

ECA stack works great for about 6 weeks to 2 months but your body will adjust to it eventually and it will lose its strong effect.

th

Ozempic face hollowness under eyes etc. Not sure if being in 20s would protect from this or not. I have seen a few people here where I live in their 30s and 40s get Ozempic face when using it.

Any GLP-1 agonist will work. They're all very benign when it comes to side effects.
Okay Realist would be very grateful if u showed me ur glp-1 bottles that u used

It's called losing weight, for some, too much weight.

The thing I have noticed it seems to cause that effect more than if the person lost the weight naturally. I think they say Ozempic promotes some muscle and bone loss also besides the fat loss more than normal dieting does.

Calm down, no one dies on any GLP-1 agonist. These are FDA approved drugs with extensive testing. Meanwhile you have people promoting cardiotoxic outdated alternatives such as ephedrine and clen.

I don't have to prove myself to dumb teens like yourself. I quite simply don't care if you wanna take my advice or not. I know my stuff, you don't.

No you didn't, but the first comment is someone mentioning ECA as an alTernAtiVe over GLP-1's, which is insanity in this day and age.
*any* GLP-1 is fine, some target more receptors than others, but ultimately *any* that suppresses your appetite is completely fine.

This is my fat ass, I might just try to stick with discipline and lean out like that
