should i use these during puberty? and please help point out anything that can limit my growth or have any major side effects

Dont do a single molecule, none of these arent even fucking supplements. Do u even know what aqualyx is? Its absolutely useless at 14 and its far away from a fucking supplement. Shouldnt do any of these things at 14 especially not with your non existent knowledge and research (and money). And ur asking for major side effects? Isnt that the first fucking thing you check upon doing something like this?
