Should I wash my face after Accutane

I had bad acne when I hit puberty, and then I hopped on Accutane, and it cleared in like 6 months. Now, post puberty at 19, I never really wash my face because I never get pimples. Is there anything I should wash my face with? Or should I not wash my face because I never struggle with pimples now

Yes, I would have a skincare routine just for general skin health.

Cleanser -> Moisturizer -> Sunscreen in the morning
Cleanser -> Tretinoin -> Heavy moisturizer at night.

Cleansing during the morning is optional.
