If you're going to watch it, only watch the first season. The original director and writers were fired after season one, as they only wanted the walking dead to be a 3-5 season show.

Stranger things season 1 was comfy af. It should have only been a 1 season show though, 2 & 3 lost all the mystery and charm that the first season had.

Breaking gets so so much better after Season 1, it's like night and day. Stick with it imo, Better Call Saul is fantastic as well.
