I am 15.0 years old. I am scared it’ll stunt my growth I previously ran ppl 6x a week. I didn’t grow for those 7 months. Now since j took a break I started growing again.

Should j start working out?

Solution

Obviously, but only sprint and calisthenics.
Don't overtrain. Focus on maxing HGH production instead of actual performance.

train intense but dont overtrain.
the more intense the more the testosterone release. But if you go PAST failure and you keep on going it will lower your test.
Just go until failure twice preferably calisthenics. For legs you train leg extensions, no squats or leg presses.

Just dont do stupid shit and you're good.
would assuming that my bones get stronger and therefore have a harder time to grow bc of weight lifting, be stupid to believe?

The microfractures would make them wider and longer not the other way around. Only you know what feels right and what feels wrong bud.

weight lifting wouldn't create microfractures?

my bones would become more dense, and therefore be more compact and have a more difficult time growing? (retarded statement but i need some1 to debunk it)

also i know more growth hormone is released when working out, especially from high intensity workout, but wouldn't my growth hormone go to muscle tissue development instead of bone development?
