This forum is flooded with this kind of behavior. Everyone is so hateful against each other, sometimes it's jokeful banter, sometimes not. I honestly believe the browsing experience of this forum would be way better if all racist threads that pop up would get straight up deleted. Now yes, I may not be the best person to make a thread like this, as I've made quite a few threads that could fall in to that category myself, but thinking back the reason has almost always been that I wanted to troll and ridicule certain people, because of them doing the same first. It goes completely against my personality to just ignore when someone ridicules something I am/believe in. And I believe most people are like that, meaning that when a one person starts making race threads one after another, it creates a cycle of hatred that doesn't stop, until someone takes concrete action.
There are forums dedicated to racism, but this one is dedicated to improving ones looks.

From what I've interpreted, the former is far more prevalent than the latter on this forum, which is obviously a good thing.

On the hand, one of the things that makes this forum so great (at least in my opinion) is its freedom of speech, without any of the bogus 'hate speech' laws that Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. all have in place.
This place allows you to say things that you wouldn't get away with on any of the major platforms, nor on most other forums.

On the other hand, actual racism should never be justified, obviously, nor should legitimate personal attacks, mass trolling etc.

At the end of the day, I don't think any user should get an outright ban, should he resort to posting racially-charged posts, unless he incites to lawless action, of course.
But yeah, repeated offences might be worthy of a ban, depending on the circumstances.
