Based on everything I've seen, it only really benefits people deficient in it. That's with lower dosages though, if you're using as much as a pro BBer, there may be more pronounced effects.

hgh is good for anti aging in small doses. but its got way too many unforeseen issues to take without supervision of a doctor. acromegaly is a real thing. Then again you could get results like this:
