Yes if you want thicker and fuller hair and to not be able to see as much scalp apply minoxidil everyday.
Shit is also good for beards btw and do that once everyday.

Don't expect results super super early it might take some weeks give it 8 weeks at least for SOME visible change
Try to apply with a dry scalp at night time if you can

There can be downsides like flaking if you get it all over the place and or shedding

It requires pretty long periods of time

i have no clue about eyelash serum but once a day should be fine
