This may sound retarded but hear me out.

There's this one sound frequency, 852Hz, that apparently shuts down your thoughts. You almost get hypnotized by it.

So, what I did was, I put 2 earphones in and played this at the highest volume, then laid in the bed.

Then I started imagining living a happy life; having a dolichocephalic skull, being rich, running down the beach with my hs crush and our kids.

Istg at one point I was like 90% detached.

I believe I could do it better if I practised and made sure no one would break into my room.

Is this a good idea? Should you try it? Can you actually convince yourself in these delusions long term or...?

Veery fucking weird man. I thought about the same.

It feels soo good. Like you closed 40 google tabs. But then, once those thoughts are gone, you can start imagining your stuff.

You should try it. Close your eyes, get in a dark room so that none of your senses do anything, and just think. You will start seeing a movie before your eyes.

Schizophrenia and the schizo spectrum personality disorders such as what I have are hereditary. Normies can't just develop it

What about those people who go on hardcore drugs like datura and never stop having hallucinations?

Bad earphones?

But yeah its weird, like, after a while (3 minutes) you will start hearing sounds of a beach. Like, waves hitting the sand. Kinda creepy ngl but that sound switches between your ears

They likely had a predisposition. In any case, trust me when I tell you that you don't want to be perpetually hallucinating

Do some people have positive hallucinations? This is interesting.

Or, if I am correct, some schizos don't have hallucinations but rather delusions. If I had a completely positive delusion of being that superior dude, I wouldn't mind having schizophrenia

Having delusions of grandeur alone doesn't meet the criteria for schizophrenia
