Are Eggshells That Good?
If I had to answer I’d say yes, but with a few failos.
First off, they’re easy to eat and not time-consuming to prepare.
But there are still some bad things to be aware of:
Boiling and Drying :
You need to boil and dry the shells to kill any bacteria ( that comes from the chicken’s asshole
).
If you don't atleast boil them for 15mins , its over.
After that you just grind them in powder and put it in your protein shake or water.
Overconsumption !
Eating too many can cause kidney stones or heart issues.
The chances are low, but it’s still a serious risk if you overdo it.
The Advantages
-Eggshells are made of about 95% calcium carbonate, the same type of calcium found in most supplements.
-One ground eggshell provides around 1,000–1,500 mg of calcium — that’s more than your daily requirement.
-They also contain trace minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, and strontium, which can help support bone health.
"Potential" benefits
-Bone strength: Some studies suggest that eggshell powder can increase bone density when combined with vitamin D and magnesium.
-Cheap calcium source: Especially useful if you can’t afford supplements.
If i wanted to sumlarize this i would say that eggshells are the most legit and easy way to get a lot of calcium.
If you don't eat eggshells after this you are either a lazy fat fuck or you just dnr
.
