-Forward 90 degrees angle it hurts and cant go higher

-between sideways and forward it hurts at 90 degrees, pain goes away above

-sideways hurts a bit at the very top

-backwards its fine

rotator cuff injury most likely

do a rehab for 1-2 month no lifting

Sounds like supraspinatus tendinopathy but it could be a tear. I’ve had this shit since fucking July and I haven’t been able to workout since. Fucking suifuel.

Yes nigga. I’ve tried resting, icing, bracing, stretching and nothing has worked. Read online and talked to a physiotherapist and they said that it’s most likely tendinosis which is when the tendon becomes degenerated :feelswhy: and recommended me to do eccentric exercises for a few months which should help it. If that shit don’t work I’m roping. Exercise was what I loved doing and I was making progress with it and now it’s probably fucking ovER.

My pain goes away after a month or two of resting, then I go to judo or boxing and that shit starts again

need to go to physio ngl

Yeah you most likely have tendinosis. Tendinosis doesn’t go away on its own according to the physio you have to do rehab on it to get it back up to strength but sometimes the tendon gets too degenerated and you are pretty much fucked.

I just thought I didnt take enough rest for rotator cuff to heal itself

I need to check this shit fr I am going to rope without judo or boxing

Nah it can happen to young fags as well if you keep on overusing it or working through pain.

I don’t blame you bro If I can’t do calisthenics imma fucking rope because if you can’t do what you like doing then you aren’t even living.
